The Mindspa Personal Development System is based upon solid scientific principle. It utilizes specifically tuned frequencies of light and gentle sound to shift the mind into one of two major states depending upon desired outcome: either a deeply relaxed state, also known as the alpha state, or the beta state; a state of cognitive stimulation and focus.
