Janis Hough - Professional Life Coach.

I am an Agent of Change and live in Hereford where I run a busy clinic working 1:1 with clients as well as providing private coaching, group coaching, and mentoring for private and corporate clients. I am also a trainer of NLP and TFT and run accredited training in the UK and abroad.

I blend my cocktail of skills to create a unique approach; this means that you get massive transformative change easily. I like to refer to my skill set as ‘toys’ because when you play with toys you have ‘fun’ and working with me is always ‘fun’ even when working with issues that are painful.

Here’s the thing ‘change’ does not have to be painful nor does it need to take a long time.

I have trained and continue to do so with the world’s most respected authorities in the fields of NLP, Hypnosis, TFT and personal development: Richard Bandler (Co-creator of NLP), John La Valle (President of The Society of NLP), Dr Roger Callahan (creator of TFT) amongst others.
